Karen Kenefick formed Nautilus Consulting in 2006 after attempting to sell two homes and not being satisfied with the photos or descriptions provided by her realtors.  Karen photographed her homes and wrote her own property descriptions, as she felt she knew the properties better and could capture it as no one else could, both visually and literally.

Since then, Karen has discovered distinct service gaps in the Cape Cod area which, independently are not significant, but put together in a service package can be substantial.  Karen enjoys working with her professional colleagues to help them succeed by being available and pitching in when needed.
